ISRO LAUNCHED EMISAT WITH PSLV C-45
ISRO has launched 29 satellites from Satish Dhawan Space Center located in Sriharikota on 01 April 2019 at 9:27 am . This launch is special because ISRO will leave all these satellites in three different orbits for the first time. EMISAT satellite by DRDO will revolve around the earth at an altitude of 749 km. With EMISAT 28 foreign satellites will be also launched and remain at an altitude of 504 km. The fourth stage of the PSLV rocket will rotate in the orbit of 48-km-485 km.
ISRO launched EMISAT will monitor any kind of electronic equipment or human movement on Pakistan’s borders. Emisat is made by ISRO and DRDO. After its deployment Indian defense and monitoring services will increase manifold.
For the first time in the annual report of 2013-14 of the Defence Ministry, said about Emisat. Defence Electronics Research Laboratory Hyderabad has built this satellite under the Kautilya Project in eight years. Recently, ISRO Chairman Sivan had said that ISRO’s PSLV-C 45 launch would be special.
Emisat are a military satellite, through this satellite, enemy radars and sensors posted on the borders can be monitored. Emisat will provide accurate information about enemy areas and other communications devices including mobile in the enemy area.
What EMISAT can do?
It will Monitor the enemies’ radars and sensors posted in areas.
It will Help to create an accurate electronic map that where are electronic devices and system are planted of enemy territories.
It will also Provide accurate information about other communication devices present in a particular area.
It will Decoding mobile talks and other communication devices through it.
For the security purpose it will help to tackle enemies on border side by providing a mass amount of data of enemies ground. The making of satellite has taken more than 8 years so this is an important satellite for India. As per DRDO this satellite is purely a military operation satellite to increase Indian power. From the time of congress Indian scientist are working on it and this bring a big achievement for the country.
