WTO INDIA VIOLATING FAIR TRADE LAW, US

Recently in WTO India have it’s tough time. WTO said India violating fair trade. In World Trade Organisation 11 countries has supported america charges that India violating fair trade. Trump administration has challenge almost all  export scheme. And now 11 countries are with America to support these charges.

These countries are Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, the European Union, Japan Kazakhstan, Korea, Russia, Sri Lanka and Taiwan has supported us and are against Indian side. This has created a new tension on Indian side. According to the america this benefits to the Indian exporters that allow them to sell their products at lower cost to them.

America also argued on the unfair export subsidies provided to the countries. According to the agreement accessories and countervailing measure. WTO has rule for the specific developing countries. WTO has defined a benchmark of $1,000 per capital income and India has crossed this benchmark in 2015 according to the WTO. And WTO India violating fair trade.

US ALLEGATION IN WTO ON INDIA TRADE

On this America has pointed and  make allegation to the Indian side. India has defend on it by saying that agreement on subsidies and countervailing measures is ASCM  gives a time period of a eight year to get out from the subsidies.

India have that much of time to get out from it. On this India have negotiated with the department official on Monday and also submitted a paper with the information regarding it.

According to the America Indian Indian exporters are sitting American manufacturer by getting subsidies on the trade. Now at WTO 11 major countries has supported america charges and approved allegation on India to violet fair trade law.

Many experts have their different opinion on this some are saying that for the country having clothes market in India are supported us.Now in recent days we can see the conclusion on this that what is going to be happened with India.
