Will suspend flight for 2 weeks if anyone is found doing photography inside it: DGCA

Aviation regulator DGCA on Saturday mentioned a scheduled flight will likely be suspended for a duration of 2 weeks if somebody is located doing images within it.

The Directorate Basic of Civil Aviation (DGCA) requested IndiGo on Friday to take “suitable motion” after the regulator discovered alleged violation of protection and social distancing protocols through mediapersons within the airline’s Chandigarh-Mumbai flight that had actor Kangana Ranaut as a passenger.

Consistent with a video of the incident that came about within Wednesday’s flight, newshounds and cameramen have been jostling and bunching as much as get a remark from Ranaut, who used to be sitting in one of the vital entrance rows of the aircraft.

The DGCA order on Saturday mentioned, “It’s been determined that to any extent further, incase any violation (images) happens on any scheduled passenger airplane – the time table of flight for that exact path will probably be suspended for a duration of 2 weeks from tomorrow (of the incident).”
