There may be ‘little or no chance’ that pets can infect their homeowners with COVID-19, the executive scientist of the Global Well being Group (WHO) mentioned on Thursday.
Soumya Swaminathan, WHO leader scientist, instructed a Geneva information convention that pussycats, ferrets and “even tigers” were inflamed with the illness.
“There may be little or no chance from home animals as a result of there was once some fear about home animals changing into a supply of an infection,” she mentioned.
