Over a thousand people belonging to the Hindu, Christian, Buddhist and Jewish communities in Canada staged a protest in downtown Toronto in solidarity with Bangladeshi Hindus on Sunday. The protesters urged the Canadian government to press the Interim Bangladesh Government to protect Hindus in Bangladesh. Community leaders showed their concerns over attacks on Hindus too.
