Dheer Singh allegedly ran his tractor over Amit on Saturday on Seeing him approaching a motorbike at the street on which he was once using the tractor, police legitimate Vinod Kumar.
Vinod Kumar mentioned seeing the tractor coming from the other way, Amit stopped his motorbike at the fringe of the street to let the heavy car move through however Singh intentionally ran his car over him, trampling him beneath its wheels, mentioned the legitimate.
