UP Cops Donate Blood To Save Elderly Man’s Life Amid COVID-19 Lockdown

Nilesh Kumar, a veterinary physician, appealed on social media for blood donation on Sunday after his father’s situation deteriorated and the docs on the Vivekananda Health center requested him to organize two devices of blood.
“With the lockdown in power, there used to be no person to whom I may ask to organize blood for my father. Appearing at the recommendation of a chum, I took to the social media for making an attraction for blood donation,” Mr Kumar instructed PTI.
“Quickly after, I began getting telephone calls and 4 policemen came to visit to the health center and donated blood,” he stated.
The policemen who donated blood are head constable Dilip Patel and constables Avinash Upadhyay, Pradeep Gangwar and Somnath Mishra, a central authority spokesman stated.
“We wanted most effective two devices of blood, however those policemen donated 4 devices,” Mr Kumar stated.
