The BJP on Saturday named Union minister Narendra Singh Tomar and its common secretary Arun Singh as central observers for the election of the chief of its legislative party in Assam.
The legislative party assembly is predicted to be hung on Sunday, and the chief would be the subsequent state Leader Minister because the BJP-headed alliance has gained a majority within the state meeting polls.
