Former Bihar Leader Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) president Lalu Prasad Yadav on Friday took a swipe at Bihar Leader Minister Nitish Kumar after the state was once adjudged to be the worst performer within the NITI Aayog’s Sustainable Building Targets (SDG) index 2020-21.
