Few phrases used within the Jammu and Kashmir executive’s file mentioning grounds for reserving former Leader Minister Mehbooba Mufti below PSA have been avoidable, Dilbagh Singh, Director Normal of Police, Jammu and Kashmir instructed IANS.

“The officers who made the file do not have used such phrases,” Mr Singh stated. “The dossiers which cite the grounds for slapping PSA will have to be correctly checked through the officers.”
