Rural elections: HC cites Bihar, asks Karnataka ballot panel to finalise dates

A department bench headed via Leader Justice Abhay Srinivas Oka issued the orders in a petition filed via Congress chief Ok C Kondaiah and others.

Bringing up the graceful habits of the Bihar Meeting polls, the Karnataka Prime Courtroom has directed the state Election Fee to finalise the time table for gram panchayat elections inside 3 weeks and requested the state govt to supply price range for the polls.
