Reduction for BJP leaders, Superb Courtroom says no arrests after circumstances filed over closing week’s Bengal violence

The Superb Courtroom lately granted reduction to West Bengal BJP chief Mukul Roy and his party colleagues from arrest in circumstances filed towards them.

Mr Roy and 6 leaders from the Bengal unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), together with Arjun Singh, Kailash Vijayvargiya, Pawan Singh, Sourav Singh and Kabir Shankar Bose had approached the highest courtroom alleging witch-hunt by means of the West Bengal Police on the behest of ruling Trinamool Congress Party.
