A rape accused, who have been on run for 10 years, used to be arrested from Hisar, a spokesperson of Haryana Police stated on Monday.
“Since 2010, the accused modified places, even jobs to evade arrest. Then again, the rape accused used to be on Sunday arrested after 10 years of crime from Hansi in Hisar,” he stated.
The spokesperson stated that the accused, recognized as Suresh alias Kalia, a resident of Hansi, had in September 2010 raped a lady who lived in a village temple.
A case on this connection used to be registered in Sadar police station Hansi and the accused have been on a run since then, he stated.
