Rajya Sabha has demoted a safety officer for his scoial media posts on PM Modi.

Rajya Sabha Secretariat has demoted a safety officer for his scoial media posts on High Minister Narendra Modi, pronouncing he violated regulations and didn’t take care of “political neutrality”.

In an order dated February 12, the Rajya Sabha Secretariat stated that the Chairman of the home Venkaiah Naidu has “imposed the penalty of relief to the decrease grade of safety officer for a duration of 5 years on Urujul Hasan, Deputy Director (Safety), who’s underneath suspension” for violation of the foundations through failing to take care of “political neutrality”.

Consistent with the order, but even so demotion, Mr Hasan would now not get increments in his wage for 5 years or regain his present place at the expiry of the punishment duration.
