Raids On Anurag Kashyap, Taapsee Pannu To Suppress Their Voice: Sharad Pawar’s Party

Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik on Wednesday stated the Source of revenue Tax raids towards Bollywood figures Anurag Kashyap and Taapsee Pannu are an try to suppress the voices of those that talk towards the Narendra Modi-led authorities.

“Central companies like ED, CBI, and Source of revenue Tax are getting used to focus on those that take an anti-government stand and talk towards the insurance policies of the regime,” the minister informed journalists out of doors Vidhan Bhavan in south Mumbai.

“The premises of Anurag Kashyap and Pannu had been raided. Each had been elevating their voices towards the Modi authorities.

“This motion has been performed to suppress their voices,” stated Mr Malik, who could also be the executive spokesperson of the Sharad Pawar-led NCP.

The Source of revenue Tax Division on Wednesday raided premises connected to the filmmakers, together with Anurag Kashyap, who introduced the now dissolved manufacturing area Phantom Movies, Reliance Leisure staff CEO Shibhashish Sarkar and Bollywood actor Taapsee Pannu, officers stated.

The searches had been being performed in over 30 places in Mumbai and Pune, officers stated.
