The Ministry of Data and Broadcasting has determined to shape a committee to study the prevailing tips of the Journalist Welfare Scheme (JWS).

The 12-member committee, with Ashok Kumar Tandon, Member, Prasar Bharati Board, as its chairperson, will revise the quantum of repayment in case of dying in addition to in different instances below the scheme, the ministry stated on Thursday.
