Pak army sets up bunkers in POK, war sirens installed across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Spooked by possible military retaliation from India in the wake of the recent Pahalgam terror attack, the Pakistani Army has set up bunkers in the Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK), and is providing military training to young men to prepare for any eventuality. Secret bunkers have also been raised at strategic locations.

The Pakistani Army has also installed war sirens across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the northwest of the country amid the heightened tensions.

The Pakistani forces have roped in young men from Gilgit-Baltistan in the POK and have been helping them with training to use guns.

India Today has also learnt that civilian properties are being occupied, vacated and being turned into bunkers that can be used in the event of a military face-off.
