Nishad Party MLA Vijay Mishra Sent To 14-Day Judicial Custody

A Bhadohi courtroom on Sunday despatched Nishad Celebration MLA Vijay Mishra to 14-day judicial custody. He used to be taken to the Naini Central Prison.

Bhadohi’s Gyanpur MLA used to be arrested in a case of legal intimidation and wrongful confinement lodged through his relative towards him, his spouse Ramlali Mishra, a member of the state legislative council, and son Vishnu Mishra.

Their relative had accused them of land grasp after threatening him. Bhadohi Superintendent of Police Ram Badan Singh mentioned the MLA used to be introduced ahead of the courtroom of Judicial Justice of the Peace Alok Kumar.

He used to be remanded in 14-day of judicial custody, the SP mentioned.

The SP mentioned the jailor of the district prison, Ashok Kumar Gautam, had knowledgeable that the MLA “used to be no longer secure” there, following which he used to be taken to the Naini Central Prison. The DM has issued orders to shift the MLA to central prison, he mentioned.

A police workforce from Bhadohi had on Saturday arrested Vijay Mishra, detained through the Madhya Pradesh Police in Agar Malwa on its request.

The SP mentioned after arresting the MLA, the UP Police workforce led through DSP Kalu Singh produced him in a courtroom at Madhya Pradesh’s Agar Malwa and taken him to Bhadohi on a transit remand.

Vijay Mishra, his spouse Ramlali Mishra and son Vishnu Mishra have been charged beneath related sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The MLA recently has 73 instances registered towards him and has been booked beneath the Goonda Act and the stringent Nationwide Safety Act prior to now.
