Nicole Kidman is giving a rare life update amid her divorce from Keith Urban.
The 58-year-old actress chatted with Ariana Grande for Interview Magazine, where she shared how she has been following her breakup. When the pop star asked how she was doing, Nicole replied:
“I’m hanging in there.”

Oof! Although Interview Magazine published the conversation on Monday, it took place on October 19, just weeks after the Practical Magic star filed for divorce from Keith following 19 years of marriage. Nicole didn’t say much else about the split — unlike Keith, who wasn’t shy to spill the tea before the breakup announcement! To a fan, even! Ugh!
As for how Nicole is really handling everything? Late last month, we heard Nicole “is pushing forward in a good way” as well as in a “good headspace and has been very positive.” She’s reportedly just trying to navigate the new dynamic for their two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, and staying “very busy” with work to stay in a good mood. However, it is not easy, of course. Divorce never is. Hopefully, Nicole has a great support system surrounding her during this difficult time. And perhaps Ari can be one of those people she can lean on moving forward. She has been through the divorce process, too!
