NEPAL GOVERNMENT HAS TAKEN A SHOCKING BIG DECISION
Nepal Government has taken a shocking big decision. On Sunday, the Government of Nepal has dismissed all the seven state governors. The decision to sack all the governors was taken at the emergency meeting of the cabinet held on Sunday evening.
On the recommendation of Nepal Cabinet, the President’s Office issued a release informing about this decision. All these governors were appointed by the previous government of Nepal. After the formation of the new government, there was talk of removing these governors, but after two years of government formation, on Saturday, the government suddenly surprised everyone by taking this decision to state governors.
Nepal currently has a Communist Party government and KP Sharma Oli is the Prime Minister. The KP Oli government has a two-thirds majority in Parliament. All the sacked governors were appointed during the Nepali Congress government.
Let us tell you that in the recent parliamentary elections of Nepal, the Left coalition won, after which CPN-UML President KP Sharma Oli was re-elected Prime Minister of Nepal. Prior to this, KP Sharma Oli has been the Prime Minister of Nepal from 11 October 2015 to 3 August 2016.
This decision by the government of Nepal made everyone shock. Oli government after two years has taken this step to remove all 7 state governors at a instant.
