‘Want to reconsider agriculture coverage’: Varun Gandhi tweets video of UP farmer atmosphere paddy crop on fire


Emphasising upon the want to reconsider agriculture coverage, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Varun Gandhi Saturday shared a video of a farmer from Uttar Pradesh purportedly atmosphere fire to his paddy crop after being not able to promote it.

The Lok Sabha MP from UP’s Pilibhit tweeted, “A farmer from Uttar Pradesh, Mr Samodh Singh, was once going round within the mandis to promote his paddy crop for the final 15 days. When the paddy was once no longer bought, dissatisfied, he set the crop on fire.”
