Inspired by the Hard Rock Cafe brand motto, “Save The Planet”.”The Hard Rock Cafe x Veganuary Menu” features unique vegan dishes with a signature twist – Quinoa Mexican Salad and beverages such as Health Kick, Veg Pledge, Apple Cobbler on the Rocks, Pineapple Mojito and Virgin Pineapple Mojito. This special menu also offers other meat-free dishes that can be easily veganized too, such as our delicious Cauliflower Wings, Barbeque Mushroom Burger, Mushroom Primavera Pasta and Hot Fudge Banana Bread for dessert lovers.

Licoreria Limantour, championing at no. 7 on the list of World’s 50 Best Bars, changed the face of the Mexico City bar scene when it opened in 2011. And guess what, Jose Luis, Head Mixologist at Limantour is coming to Goa on 26th January for a #DRIFTAFFAIR at The Westin Goa. Behind the bar, the drinks offered will continue to innovate while keeping room for now-iconic serves such as the Fluffy Paloma and Margarita Al Pastor. The bar’s latest menu, Ida y Vuelta, draws on native Oaxacan ingredients with the mezcal milk punch Rosita de Cacao a favourite with regulars. Twelve years on, the party is still in full swing and Limantour shows no sign of slowing down.
