To make this, start by taking a cup of corn kernels. Rinse and boil them without salt. Once done, transfer it to a container. After they have cooled down, coat the boiled corn with maida and corn flour. Mix well. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and transfer the coated corn to it. Drizzle some olive oil over it and air fry the corn for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
In a pan, heat some oil and add chopped spring onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies and capsicum. Cook for a minute and then add schezwan chutney, soy sauce, ketchup, and chilli sauce to the pan. Mix well so that the veggies are coated well. Now add the air-fried corn to the pan. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy hot!
