Senior BJP chief Kailash Vijayvargiya on Sunday claimed that Bengal Leader Minister Mamata Banerjee refused to ship her speech on Netaji’s start anniversary, after being greeted with “Jai Sri Ram” chants, as she sought after to soothe a bit of other folks.
