A person was once arrested in Nashik town of Maharashtra on Wednesday for allegedly killing a nine-year-old boy, a neighbour’s son, who had observed him committing a theft.
The police arrested the accused — Vishal Gejge and his good friend Swapnil Vasant Sonawane — inside of 24 hours of the incident, stated an reliable.
As in keeping with the complainant Lalababu Seetaram Yadav, resident of Samangaon Highway space, his son Ramji (9) went lacking on Tuesday.
He learnt that his neighbour Vishal Gejge had taken Ramji with him whilst riding to Gejge’s mom’s area in a van to ship greens.
When Gejge returned house early subsequent morning, Yadav requested him about Ramji. Gejge informed him that he had dropped the boy close to his area hours previous.
On the other hand, when the police interrogated Gejge and his good friend Sonawane, Gejge confessed that he had killed Ramji, the reliable stated.
He informed police that he and Sonawane presented carry to a person close to Sinnar Phata in his van, and robbed him of Rs 4,000 in money a long way away earlier than leaving him at the highway.
Ramji witnessed what took place and stated he would inform his father about it. Gejge then dropped Sonawane at Sinnar Phata and took Ramji to an unidentified position by way of Naygaon Highway and Strangled him, he informed the police.
Nashik Highway police arrested Gejge for homicide and theft, and Sonawane for theft.
