The Kerala govt is not going to put in force the contentious farm regulations and can transfer the Excellent Court docket in opposition to them this week itself, Agriculture Minister VS Sunilkumar stated in Thrissur on Monday.

He stated the Centre’s transfer amounted to usurping the authority of state governments, which has been ensured through the Charter.
