Kargil Vijay Diwas: Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh Salute Kargil Battle Heroes


Defence Minister Rajnath Singh took to Twitter to pay tributes to the heroes of the Kargil warfare.

Union House Minister Amit Shah and Defence Minister Rajanth Singh on Monday remembered the courageous opponents of the Kargil warfare and mentioned the rustic salutes their “determination” that stored the “integrity of the rustic intact”.

“On Kargil Vijay Diwas, I consider all of the courageous opponents of this warfare. Because of your indomitable braveness, valour and sacrifice, the tricolour used to be once more proudly hoisted at the inaccessible hills of Kargil. A thankful country salutes your determination to protecting the integrity of the rustic intact. Satisfied Kargil Vijay Diwas,” Mr Shah tweeted.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh additionally took to Twitter to pay tributes to the heroes of the Kargil warfare.

“At the instance of Kargil Vijay Diwas, I bow to the indomitable bravery, braveness and sacrifice of the Indian Military,” Mr Singh mentioned on Twitter.

Talking to newshounds, the Defence Minister mentioned: “I pay my heartfelt tribute to the courageous squaddies who misplaced their lives all the way through the Kargil warfare to offer protection to the borders of India and stay the integrity of the rustic intact.”

Remembering the sacrifices and valour of heroes of the Kargil warfare, High Minister Narendra Modi, on Monday, mentioned their bravery motivates the rustic on a daily basis.

“We consider their sacrifices. We consider their valour. These days, on Kargil Vijay Diwas we pay homage to all those that misplaced their lives in Kargil protective our country. Their bravery motivates us each unmarried day,” tweeted PM Modi.

The Indian Armed Forces had defeated Pakistan on July 26, 1999. Since then, the day is well known as “Kargil Vijay Diwas” to re-light the pleasure and valour of the warriors who took phase in Operation Vijay.

The day marks the victory of Indian squaddies in recapturing the mountain heights that had been occupied through the Pakistani Military on July 26, 1999, referred to as the Kargil Battle.
