Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha on Sunday hoisted the 100 ft tall flag put in at Hari Parbat at the western facet of the Dal Lake in Srinagar in collaboration with the Military and J&Okay management at the instance of Independence day.
