In past days, India is destabilized by lynching. The incidents of Indian lynching reached to UN put everyone in anxiety. India is known for the various culture and religion. But from the start of new session of Modi government numbers of cases increased in various states of India.
US ON LYNCHING IN INDIA
The US State Department has alleged in its Annual 2018 International Religious Freedom. Report that some senior BJP officials of the ruling BJP gave provocative speeches against minority communities. The report said, “The attack of the mob against the minority communities, especially Muslims, by violent extremist Hindu groups continued for the whole year”.
Indian Ministry of External Affairs has dismissed this American report, which states that violence in India is increasing in the name of religion. India is proud of its secular credentials, it is located in the form of the largest democracy and pluralistic society, with long-term commitment to tolerance and inclusion. The Foreign Ministry said in a statement released on Sunday.
The Ministry said that ‘Indian Constitution guarantees fundamental rights to all its citizens, including its minority communities. We will not tolerate any other country’s interference in constitutionally protected rights of our citizens.

UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) mentioned jharkhand Mob Lynching video shared by Asaduddin Owaisi in the forum. It has been said by the NGO that Tabrez Ansari was killed in Jharkhand due to non-sloganeering of Jai Shri Ram.
