1 1/2 cups penne pasta
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup tomato puree
1 cup grated paneer
Part cup paneer, cubed
Part cup capsicum, chopped
Part cup boiled corns
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 tsp sugar
Salt to style
Black pepper powder to style
Oregano to style
Pink chilli flakes to style
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Olive oil for cooking
Way:
Step 1 – Boil pasta in water with some salt and oil until cooked. Drain the water and run it thru chilly water. Stay apart.
Step 2 – Saute chopped onions and garlic until mild brown.
Step three – Upload chopped tomatoes, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, oregano and chilli flakes, and saute for two mins.
Step four  – Upload tomato puree and sugar, combine neatly, and let the tomatoes prepare dinner until oil separates.
