Campaigning for Congress applicants in Sonipat for the civic polls, former Haryana leader minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda had expressed self belief of a repeat of the Baroda bypoll effects, which he stated “will shake the rules of the BJP-JJP govt”.

He sought improve for Congress mayoral candidate Nikhil Madan and party applicants contesting for the posts of councilors.
