The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) leader Bibi Jagir Kaur on Friday wrote to Top Minister Narendra Modi and House Minister Amit Shah, urging them to permit Sikh pilgrims discuss with the Nankana Sahib gurdwara in Pakistan.
