From Tamannaah To Vicky Kaushal And Ananya Panday, This Dance Challenge Is Keeping Stars Busy

Jug Jugg Jeeyo, the upcoming film with a stellar ensemble cast featuring the likes of Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani and Neetu Kapoor, is making all the right noises. The family drama with oodles of comedy is the talk of social media thanks to the first song released from its much-awaited album. We are talking about The Punjaabban Song, which has inspired many Reels and videos from fans and celebrities alike. The latest on the list of Bollywood stars to dance to the banger track are actress Tamannaah Bhatia and actor Dhairya Karwa. In the video, the two stars are seen dressed in casual clothes, happily grooving to the song and performing the hook step with ease.
Sharing the video, the actors said, “There’s no one who can stay still while The Punjaabban Song plays,” tagging the cast and crew of the film.
Replying to the post, Prajakta Koli who plays an important role in the film said, “Fun.”
Before Tamannaah and Dhairya Karwa, even actor Vicky Kaushal was seen grooving to the song. He was not alone in the video but accompanied by producer Amritpal Singh Bindra. Sharing the clip, Vicky wrote, “As Punjabi as it can get. Loved dancing to Nach Punjaabban with my brother Amritpal Singh Bindra. Our love and best wishes to the Team of Jug Jugg Jeeyo.”
Reacting to the post, Vicky Kaushal’s wife, actress Katrina Kaif said, “Amritpal Singh Bindra, you have killed it.” “This is litt…best ever. Nothing beats this one,” said Angad Bedi.
Ananya Panday wrote, “Amrit! Best,” with heart-eye and laughing emojis. Mini Mathur said, “Hahaha, love. A career in Punjabi dancing beckons, Amritpal Singh Bindra.” Director Anand Tiwari wrote, “Hahaha, love it.”
Actors Varun Dhawan and Anil Kapoor also replied to the fun post. Varun said, “The funjabis in the house,” with heart and fire emojis, adding, “Amrittttt paaaaji best.” Anil Kapoor said, “This is insanely epic.”
Varun Dhawan himself teamed up with his father, veteran director David Dhawan and danced to the song. In this clip, both father and son are seen dancing in perfect synchrony. In the clip, he wrote, “Enjoyed doing the famstep with my dad. Since the wedding banger Naach Punjaabban is out now, send your reels with your families or loved ones.”
Replying to the post, Katrina Kaif dropped heart emojis.
Neetu Kapoor, portraying the role of matriarch in the film, also joined the bandwagon. She shared a video in which she is seen dancing to the track alongside Dance Deewane Juniors co-judges actress-dancer Nora Fatehi and choreographer Marzi Pestonji. Actress Shilpa Shetty too is seen dancing to the peppy track in the video.
Sharing the clip, Neetu Kapoor wrote, “Got my other on-screen family Nora Fatehi and Marzi Pestonji to do the hook step and we are hooked. And, a very special thanks to Shilpa Shetty for joining it and making it more fun.”
Anil Kapoor also shook a leg with digital creator Ruhee Dosani in a video that is all kinds of fun. Sharing the video, Ruhee Dosani said, “Aaaaangrejji music mein de diya punjabi touch. Literally jamming to Nach Punjaabban all day every day.”
Actors Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday who will be seen in Liger also danced together to the song. In a video, the two stars are seen having fun as they dance along to the track. Sharing the post, Ananya wrote, “Hooked to this step and the vibe of this song! As they say – Jug Jugg Jeeyo to the team and all our love for the film from Team Liger.”
Jug Jugg Jeeyo has been directed by Raj Mehta and is scheduled to hit the theatres on June 24.
