Former Haryana minister Mange Ram Gupta kicked the bucket on Friday in his local town of Jind after a temporary sickness, his circle of relatives stated.
Mr Gupta used to be 85.
Haryana Leader Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, his deputy Dushyant Chautala and the state Congress condoled the death of Mr Gupta.

Mr Gupta, a four-time MLA, served as cupboard minister 3 times all through the Congress governments within the state.
Forward of the Jind bypoll ultimate 12 months, Mr Gupta had joined the Jannayak Janata Birthday celebration (JJP) breaking his longtime ties with the Congress.
In a condolence message, Leader Minister Khattar described Mr Gupta as a pacesetter of the hundreds and stated the void created by means of his dying can’t be crammed.

Mr Chautala stated Mr Gupta used to be a pioneer in social carrier and had a unique contribution within the Agrawal Society.
