Former Assam minister and Golaghat MLA Ajanta Neog met Union House Minister Amit Shah on Saturday.
The MLA, who used to be in Congress, later mentioned shall be becoming a member of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) within the subsequent one or two days.
