Towards the backdrop of a few leaders wondering the reliability of EVMs, the Election Fee (EC) asserted on Tuesday that the machines are “completely tough and tamper-free”.
After the ruling NDA took a lead over the opposition Grand Alliance within the ballot tendencies for Bihar on Tuesday, Congress chief Udit Raj raised questions at the reliability of EVMs, asking why the machines can’t be hacked if satellites will also be managed from the earth.
However any other Congress chief, Karti Chidambaram, stated the digital vote casting device (EVM) machine is strong, correct and loyal.
