Erika Jayne Shades Unverified Lawsuit, Asking: Who is Erika White?
Since the initial scandal broke out, several people have accused Erika Jayne of “new crimes” related to finances and fraud.
Some of the accusations are wilder than others. And prosecutors have yet to charge Erika with anything.
One of the latest claims remains totally unverified, but alleges that Erika posed as “Erika White” for fun and profit.
This may be the most outlandish allegation yet. And Erika has a response.

We cannot emphasize enough that there is not yet any public evidence for … any of this.
In fact, we cannot find a single source or attorney who has verified the allegations.
Erika could have ignored this and focused on her real problems. But even her critics understand why she spoke up.

According to this lawsuit (which is unverified and widely described as “bizarre”), Thomas Girardi teamed up with two major banks.
The lawsuit claims that Tom orchestrated a financial attack on Nicholas Phipps White.
White is the Chairman and CEO of The Hollywood Land Development Company LLC.

This whole thing is very upsetting if true, and complicated and weird either way.
So, in 2021, White filed a lawsuit against Bank of America and Merrill Lynch.
He claimed that his Sovereign Towers settlement, which allegedly amounted to $27,459,000,000, was effectively handed over to Erika Jayne.

The multi-billion dollar fund, he alleges, allowed Erika access.
The allegations are that she impersonated White’s late wife, Erika White, to make multiple purchases, including buying up Spelling Manor.
This would have been an elaborate scheme, involving fraudulent passports, forged birth certificates, and a fake marriage license.

Now, the unverified lawsuit accuses these two major banks of handing out a couple dozen debit cards to Erika.
Outlandishly, it alleges that she handed these out to friends like party favors.
White alleges that he was able to shut down access to alleged outsiders once he learned of the account.

He allegedly then spent months paying five-figure utility bills for Spelling Manor
The lawsuit claims that Erika and her RHOBH friends used the sprawling residence for entertaining.
The lawsuit even seems to implicate Mauricio Umansky, Kyle Richards’ husband, through his real estate business.

Ronald Richards is an attorney who worked on the Girardi Keese bankruptcy case.
“This was a paid PR release,” he wrote on Twitter.
“The lawsuit allegations have never been verified by any legitimate commentator or reporter,” he added.

“We have gotten many inquiries on this matter,” Ronald Richards then tweeted.
He confirmed: “We have no comment, as anyone can file a suit.”
If the lawsuit is true, it’s actually pretty horrifying.

But the levels of masterful deception and fraud sound like something out of a spy thriller.
It would also imply that Erika had full knowledge of Tom’s alleged crimes and actually assisted in them.
Thus far, there has been no evidence of that.

Now, Erika has offered a comment on the unverified lawsuit.
“Who is ‘Erika White?’” she coyly asks her fans and followers.
Perhaps we will one day understand this lawsuit in its entirely and what about it may be true. But this is not that day.
