Digital Creator Shares Crispy Mozzarella Eggs Recipe – “So Yummy,” Says Internet

There might only be a few people who would say no to cheese. After all, who wouldn’t love to indulge in the goodness of this gooey delight while daydreaming about being in Italy? For all the cheese lovers out there, there’s some irresistible news. A digital creator has shared the recipe for Crispy Mozzarella Eggs on Instagram. Just the perfect icing on the cake, right? “If you liked the feta eggs trend, you’ll love this one, crispy mozzarella cheese topped with eggs and whatever else you want, a delicious meal idea that is ready in no time,” she wrote.
The video begins with the woman sprinkling some grated mozzarella cheese over a frying pan set to medium heat flame. Next, she waits for the cheese to melt before cracking open two eggs and adding the yolks to the cheese-laden pan. Found yourself drooling? Just a little more time before the meal is ready. In the following step, the woman adds a few tomato slices and covers the pan with a lid. Once the eggs are cooked as per the preference, the lid is removed. One side of the crispy, golden-brown exterior is folded over and your tasty Mozzarella runny eggs are all ready. Enjoy.
