A Delhi courtroom has put aside an order awarding 7-day prison time period to former Aam Aadmi Party MLA Manoj Kumar for allegedly assaulting a lady in 2014.

Particular Pass judgement on Geetanjli Goel on December 22 put aside an order of a magisterial courtroom whilst deciding an enchantment filed by way of the lawmaker in opposition to the judgement.
