Defence Secretary Ajay Kumar, who have been holding in poor health for a couple of days, has examined certain for coronavirus and is beneath house quarantine, in step with reviews. Mr Kumar had examined certain on Tuesday, reviews say.
A minimum of 35 officers operating on the ministry’s headquarters in South Block within the Raisina Hills had been despatched on house quarantine, information company PTI has reported.
Consistent with reviews, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh didn’t attend place of work within the South Block on Wednesday as a part of a precautionary measure.
PTI, quoting legit assets, mentioned the defence ministry has performed a large contact-tracing workout. The primary flooring of the South Block could also be being sanitised.
It’s unclear if the Defence Secretary was once in touch with the carrier chiefs over the previous couple of days or the Leader of Defence Body of workers. The places of work of the defence minister, the defence secretary, the Military Leader and the Military Leader are at the first flooring of the South Block.
