The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a corruption case towards Moyukh Bhaduri, the previous chairman managing director of Hindustan Steelworks Building Ltd (HSCL). That is the second one case of corruption towards him.
Bhaduri and two different corporate officers had been accused of difficult Rs1 crore from an organization – Vijay Nirman Corporate Non-public Ltd – in 2015 to allot it the development comfortable for the Industry Facilitation Heart and Crafts Museum in Varanasi.
The CBI has alleged that Bhaduri and two different corporate officers conspired with Zillion Infra Tasks managing director V Ajay Kumar to path the bribe cash from Vijay Nirman’s managing director Anant Saxena and its director of tasks Krishna Rao, but even so others.
“Anant Saxena, on behalf of Moyukh Bhaduri, demanded bribe of Rs1 crore from Vijay Nirman Pvt Ltd to award it development of the crafts museum in Varanasi. Krishna Rao and V Ajay Kumar transferred the primary instalment of Rs 50 lakh to Saxena’s company Zillion Infra Tasks,” the central probe company has alleged in its case.
The cash was once channelled throughout the account of a Hyderabad corporate, Madhuri Building, on July 28, 2015, thru RTGS, it added.
