All Badminton International Federation (BWF) sanctioned tournaments world wide were suspended till April 12 within the wake of the coronavirus outbreak, the badminton international frame stated in a commentary on Friday. “Tournaments affected come with the YONEX Swiss Open 2020, YONEX-SUNRISE India Open 2020, Orleans Masters 2020, CELCOM Axiata Malaysia Open 2020, and Singapore Open 2020, in addition to a variety of world Grade three tournaments,” the BWF stated within the commentary.

The continuing All England Open shall be allowed to be finished on March 15, the BWF stated.

“Various the tournaments impacted because of the suspension fall inside the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Video games qualifying length. BWF will make an extra announcement on laws associated with Olympic qualification issues at a later date,” the commentary stated.
