Congress Releases Record Of 39 Applicants For Upcoming Bengal Meeting Polls

Congress on Saturday launched a listing of 39 applicants for the impending West Bengal Meeting polls, fielding Neajuddin Sk in Murshidabad, Silvi Saha in Krishnanagar Uttar (north) and Dharmendra Shaw in Bhatpara.

Md Shadab Khan shall be contesting from Bhawanipur whilst Md Mukhtar is the party’s candidate in Kolkata Port.

Ashutosh Chatterjee were given the party price ticket to contest from the Rashbehari seat while the party fielded Santosh Kumar Pathak in Chowringhee. Janab Ajmal Khan is the party’s candidate from Jorasanko.

The applicants declared are for the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th levels of the Meeting polls.

The Congress is preventing the polls in Bengal on 92 seats in alliance with the Left events.

Elections to the 294-member West Bengal Meeting shall be held in 8 levels ranging from March 27 with the overall spherical of balloting going down on April 29. The counting of votes will happen on Would possibly 2.
