Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera alleged on Thursday a rip-off within the distribution of bio-decomposer for combating the burning of paddy straw in Delhi and demanded a CBI inquiry into it.

Mr Khera claimed that Rs 10 crore was once spent on commercials of Pusa bio-decomposers via the Kejriwal authorities, whilst the real charge of distribution of it was once Rs 23.60 lakh, together with Rs 75,780 as charge of the answer.
