Chitra Ghosh Dies. PM Modi Condoles Dying of Netaji Subhash Bose’s Niece
High Minister Narendra Modi on Friday condoled the demise of Chitra Ghosh, niece of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. “Professor Chitra Ghosh made pioneering contributions to teachers and neighborhood carrier. I recall my interplay together with her, once we mentioned many topics together with declassification of information in the case of Netaji Bose. Saddened via her death. Condolences to her circle of relatives. Om Shanti,” tweeted High Minister Modi together with his photograph with Chitra Ghosh and the Bose circle of relatives. An eminent academician, Chitra Ghosh died of cardiac arrest. She used to be 90.

Netaji’s nephew and BJP chief Chandra Kumar Bose stated the youngest daughter of Sarat Chandra Bose (Netaji’s brother) died at 10.30 am on Thursday “because of acute myocardial infraction.” He tweeted a “Historical photograph – my father Amiya Nath Bose and my aunt – Chitra Ghosh with Jawaharlal Nehru at our home -1 Woodburn Park, Kolkata, which used to be a venue for lots of meetings all through the liberty motion.”
