On this Amritsari chicken recipe, hen is marinated two times – first with ginger paste, lemon juice and salt for 20 mins and later combined with hung curd, turmeric, mustard oil, coriander powder and contemporary coriander leaves.

Substances:

1 kg hen leg with bone
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsps hung curd
1 tsp yellow chilli powder
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsps contemporary coriander
2 tsps lemon juice
half tsp kabab masala
Salt to style

Means:

1. Wash hen and follow the primary marination of salt, ginger, garlic paste, lemon juice, stay for 20 mins.

2. Get ready 2d marination of hung curd, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, yellow chilli powder and put the hen we marinated in step one on this combination.

three. Cook dinner the hen within the tandoor or oven, end with lemon juice, kabab masala and chopped coriander.
four. Serve with mint chutney and onions.
