“Hooda favoured the AJL via granting them 3 undue extensions for building within the stated plot from Might, 2008-Might 10, 2012 till the AJL finished the development within the yr 2014,” the ED had previous charged in a commentary.
The company charged that Mr Hooda allocated the pot to AJL via “blatantly misusing his reliable place”.
The previous Haryana leader minister, it alleged, “dishonestly allocated the stated plot afresh within the guise of re-allotment to the AJL at authentic charges plus hobby in violation of vital prerequisites and coverage of HUDA (Haryana City Building Authority) vide order dated August 28, 2005.”
The ED had filed a legal criticism of cash laundering on this case in 2016 according to a CBI FIR, which had taken over investigation into the case on the request of the BJP govt of Haryana, and legal FIRs filed via the Haryana Vigilance Bureau.
