The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday arrested Bikash Mishra, the brother of Trinamool Congress chief Binay Mishra, in reference to its probe into the farm animals smuggling case, resources within the company stated.
He was once arrested in Delhi by way of the ED officers, they stated.
