Body Of Man Carried In Garbage Van In UP’s Balrampur, Probe On: Police

An investigation has been ordered in an incident wherein a frame of a most probably coronavirus affected person used to be carried in a rubbish van of the municipal company in Utraula.
“A video has surfaced appearing police and municipal staff sporting the frame of a person in a rubbish van. This would possibly took place because of the concern of COVID-19, besides, they must have worn PPE kits. An investigation is underway and motion can be taken,” Balrampur SP Dev Ranjan Verma advised media individuals.
“It used to be a clumsy and insensitive motion on a part of the policemen and municipal company staff provide there. The lifeless frame used to be carried in a rubbish van. Even though the person used to be inflamed, then the ones handing the frame must have worn PPE equipment. Myself and district Justice of the Peace Balrampur noticed all the video,” the SP added.
The incident came about close to Tehsil gate in Utraula, Balrampur district. The lifeless has been recognized as Anwar.
The district management and police have suspended 4 municipal company staff and 3 policemen within the incident.
