The state police arrested two occupants of the automobile from the outskirts of the city.
New Delhi:
The BJP on Friday introduced a scathing assault at the Congress after an SUV bumped into a non secular procession in Chhattisgarh and it wondered the executive minister of the Congress-ruled state why was once there no police barricading on the match.
One particular person was once killed and 16 have been injured when the SUV bumped into a non secular procession at Pathalgaon in Jashpur district on Friday afternoon, in step with native police. The incident happened when citizens of Bazarpara locality took out the march for the immersion of Goddess Durga idols.
In a sequence of tweets, BJP IT mobile head Amit Malviya mentioned that the Chattisgarh executive and Leader Minister Bhupesh Baghel have a lot to reply to at the horrific tragedy that has performed out in Jaspur.
“How come there was once no police barricading right through the Durga idol immersion procession? How was once a rushing automotive allowed to get this with reference to the Hindu devotees,” Mr Malviya requested, claiming that most of these incidents of attack on Hindus are going down within the state, whilst Mr Baghel is busy serving to the Gandhi siblings in finding political floor in Uttar Pradesh.
